When you use Allure Connect as a training delivery platform, we also process data needed to operate that service: SCORM and related training packages you upload; learner launch and session records; completion, score, and xAPI or similar activity data; webhook delivery and integration metadata; API usage tied to your keys; workspace and billing identifiers; and technical diagnostics (such as error logs) to keep the service reliable and secure.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our services, to communicate with you, and to protect our users and services. That includes hosting and delivering training content, measuring usage and product performance, processing subscriptions and invoices where applicable, enforcing our terms, and detecting abuse or security issues.

3. Analytics and cookies

We may use cookies or similar technologies where needed for sign-in, sessions, preferences, and security. We also use aggregated or de-identified analytics to understand how the product is used and to improve performance and reliability. You can control many cookies through your browser settings.

4. Service providers

We use trusted vendors to run Allure Connect (for example, identity, hosting, payments, email, and infrastructure). They process data only as needed to provide their services to us and under appropriate contractual safeguards.

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
