Understanding the limits and typical usage patterns for Enterprise tier subscriptions.
What "Up to X" Means
Enterprise tier subscriptions include generous limits designed to accommodate large organizations:
- •Up to 10,000 packages: Total SCORM and xAPI packages stored in your account.
- •Up to 5 TB storage: Total storage for packages and associated files.
- •Up to 100 team members: Users who can access your tenant account.

Based on our analysis of Enterprise customers, typical usage patterns are:
When Custom Pricing May Apply
Usage significantly above typical patterns may require custom pricing to ensure sustainable service delivery:
- •Package usage exceeding 10,000: We will work with you on a custom plan.
- •Storage exceeding 5 TB: Custom storage solutions with appropriate pricing.
- •Team members exceeding 100: Additional users may require custom pricing.
- •Exceptional usage: Usage 3× or more above typical patterns may trigger a review.
Monitoring and Alerts
We proactively monitor usage and will contact you as you approach limits (for example at 80%, 90%, and 100% thresholds for Enterprise tiers).

Policy Updates
This Fair Use Policy may be updated from time to time. Enterprise customers will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance.
